1. Contestants must be permanent residents and legally domiciled in Thailand.
2. No gender or age limitations.

1. The submitted photos must be taken with a Fujifilm camera and lens according to the contest category and belong to the Thai Center only.

2. Submitted photos are not allowed to be edited, color changed, added effects, or objects cut out of the photos in any way.

3. Contestants must submit photos in JPEG and RAW file formats only.

4. Image resolution must be at least 13 MP and the file size must not exceed 15 MB (except for GFX Series photo types).

5. Contestants can submit only 1 photo per category.

6. The submitted photographs must be taken between November 6, 2025 and January 22, 2026.

7. Submitted photos must not contain content related to political conflict, religion, crime, or incitement to social unrest in any form.

8. Submitted photos must be self-taken and must not violate the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or any other relevant laws.

9. The submitted photographs must not have previously received any awards from any competition, whether public or internal, of any association, club, or other organization.

10. Photos submitted for the contest (including all image elements) must be free from all copyright and ownership restrictions. Contest participants must be the sole owner of the copyright and ownership or use images that have the right to be used without any royalties, including not being images that are sold on any Stock Photo platform. We will not be responsible for any copyright infringement where the owner of the work has a contract with any person or organization, and the owner of the work must be responsible in this case.

11. Contestants must publish their work on their own social media accounts in the form of public posts.

Add the hashtags #FujifilmPhotoContest2025 #TheColorsOfOurStory and tag the account @FujifilmXThailand.

12. The caption of the post is part of the judging criteria. It must include the name of the camera model and lens used to take the submitted photo.

1. If the link to submit the photo does not allow access, the committee will immediately disqualify the submission.

2. In the event that you submit photos to enter the contest in more than one category, we reserve the right to receive only one prize.

3. All submitted photo files will not be returned to the contestants by the contest organizers. The files will remain the property of the organizers, but the copyright remains with the owner. The organizers reserve the right to use all submitted photos for publication through various media, including social media, online media, TV, websites, exhibitions, and various print media, without prior notification to the owner, and without paying any royalties to the owner for a period of two years. The contest organizers prioritize the identity of the owner of the work and will state the owner's name whenever possible when the photo is used.

4. The contest organizers will not be responsible for any violations of the law committed by the owner of the work in order to obtain the submitted images for this contest. The owner of the work is solely responsible.

5. Contestants are responsible for reading and understanding the rules and conditions of the contest in detail and completely.
If any of the rules and conditions are violated, the contest organizers reserve the right to consider whether to allow the contestant to participate or may contact the individual.
If you wish to request additional information or evidence of the acquisition of the image, or may later disqualify and reclaim the prize.

6. The contest organizers reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, including prizes, without prior notice.

7. The contest organizers and the judging committee are not allowed to submit photos for this contest.

8. The decision of the committee is final.
